I had no idea you couldn't swim with this treatment. Ive done it before and swam and thankful my hair was still okay. Now Ill be getting one soon and there will be no swimming for me this summer 😢

Was hoping the Color Wow Dream Coat would help tame the frizz or at least help stop my hair from reverting but doesn’t seem to do a thing for my high porosity hair. I would love to see if it works for you though but I wouldn’t waste your money on the big bottle, like I did, if I were you. Although you do have a keratin treatment so it might work better now for you than without. However, I’ll be trying a DIY keratin treatment today to see if it helps.

A older white woman came up to me and said you are so tall. I told her I only 6.2 and laugh😅. I look taller because I am so slim like you it make me look taller and I am-very athletic build. She don’t know I workout 2 hours a day everyday to maintain my athletic appearances. People always asked if I am a golfer. I get tried they tell in me this so I tell them okay I am a golfer. Mostly white peoples always telling me this.

as a high porosity girlie, my hair truly thrived when I had a keratin treatment 🥰 it made wash days so easy & I was retaining sm length! I stopped doing them not realizing that the keratin made my strands pretty strong so I plan to start keratin treatments again 😇 the pros/benefits are just tooo good!!

I recently had a 30 day keratin treatment....Loved it!!!! My hair is soft, and it maintained my body and shine. I wrapped it nightly and it lasted about 3 wks before I washed it. And my hair still the effects of keratin after the wash. Good info. Thx. 👍🏾

If people are considering using keratin at all, they should know many of these keratin treatments have been tested and contain formaldehyde. Visibly, I dont see the difference between just silk presses say every month for those who dont care about losing natural curl pattern. Of course to each their own but alot of people got away from relaxer to avoid chemicals, and may not realize keratin treatments do not just contain keratin.

Acne is such a journey. Ive been consistent with my new routine my derm recommended for 1 month. I have seen small little differences but not at the rate I wanted but hearing you say that being consistent for 4 months gives me hope

I was EXACTLY the same with dairy yet doctors will look you in the face and say there is no connection, acne is just caused by bacteria, and suggest washing pillowcases cases or makeup sponges....I wash my stuff okay!! and guess what? I cut out dairy and my skin clears completely...now if I have cream/cheese the very next day I get a new spot. It's so important to know your own body.

You remember I told you I met a young woman at Cape Town South Africa at the VA mall. Really Nothing because she’s is very young she only18 year old. well make a long story she still stay in contract on the regular since August of last year. I was very nice to her I did took her to a nice restaurant there just for conversation she said no one never been this nice to me. I was only picking her brain how thinks are at Cape Town. she still send me emails all the time. I just being nice to her. So what I did her phone broke and she couldn’t afford a new one. So I really felt sorry for her so I brought her a new phone, and told her if a gift from god. She was crying let like a baby, she was so happy I said no problem, just do well in school she said okay. I told her I will be in Johannesburg in December and I will see you then. She told me I will be out on the holiday in December but I will fly back to Johannesburg to see you. So Sierra do you think I was too nice? I got that from my mother genes because my mother was so nice I had a good mom. Her name is Koyisa.
